Tribeca Financial announces four new Partners
Our partnership grows
Tribeca has appointed four Senior Advisers as equity Partners, effective October 2026.
Jake Boulter, Rachael Holder, Ben Jongebloed and Aaron Leslie were invited to join the partnership in recognition of their commitment to the firm and its clients, their technical advice skills, emotional intelligence and strong fit with Tribeca’s culture.
CEO Ryan Watson said each of the four had made a lasting contribution to the business.
“Jake, Rach, Ben and Aaron have each played a big part in building what Tribeca is today: the client relationships, the quality of our advice and the culture. They’re great advisers and even better people,” Ryan said.
The new Partners join Ryan, Brad Fox, Robert Devlin, Matthew Rea, Natasha Stronach and Peter Higgins, who heads up the Sydney office. The appointments reflect Tribeca’s focus on sustainable growth through investing in its people, technology and operations to support its clients. The firm now has 33 team members.
Ryan added, “We provide financial advice, but it’s our people and the trust of our clients that make Tribeca work. Having Jake, Rach, Ben and Aaron step up as Partners shows we’re a place where great people want to build a career. We really are in the people business.”

Rachael Holder said, “Becoming a Partner is a privilege and a responsibility. I’m proud to help shape a firm with a clear focus on women’s financial wellbeing, that puts clients and people first, and I’m committed to building the firm’s future alongside my fellow Partners and the whole Tribe.”
Ben Jongebloed said, “Tribeca’s culture is what sets it apart. We’re trusted with clients’ most important decisions and creating their good life, and we back each other to do it well. I’m proud to take on a bigger role in protecting that as the firm grows.”
Aaron Leslie said, “Great advice starts with really understanding what matters to a family. I’m keen to work with the other Partners to keep raising the standard for our clients and our team.”
