What do I get for my money?

It’s an important question to ask. And it’s why our senior advisors came up with The Value Factor – a simple way we can illustrate to our clients the value we can provide each of them, and their families.

Applying proven research and our own experience, The Value Factor takes into account the tangibles (returns, asset growth, etc) and the intangibles (trust, relief, etc) to forecast the value we can deliver – typically 4 to 7 times the advice fee of value per annum to a client.

Our commitment to you is to always be transparent and open in our advice. It’s a non-negotiable. That extends from the fees you will pay to the recommendations we’re making on your behalf. 

Each year we increase your advice fee by approximately 3%, in line with inflation. We also look at every client’s required level of support and the advice value we offer, and as such we may decide to increase or decrease your advice fees accordingly. Rest assured, no changes to your advice fees are made without a client’s prior knowledge or consent.
